We all want to choose diapers that are affordable but work great with baby skin and provide extra protection against leakage. I have tried Pampers, Huggies, and Luvs. I love these brands but Luvs was the choice that I preferred to buy because it was cheaper and I never experienced any blow outs lol. I liked Huggies when she was a newborn but I didn't like how the gel balls were all over my baby. But I also used Walgreens diapers now that she is three months. I first brought them in a size1 after I saw how the Huggies were getting a little too snug for here but their diapers run big. Oh well of course I used them and they worked just as good as the other brands and are cheaper. After Avey used the pack of size 1 I brought the newborn size for her and they fit just perfectly. They even have little hearts on the outside that dissolve which are wetness indicators. I don't go by their wetness indicator as you would with Pampers or Huggies because when I went to change my baby girl that diaper was wet and the hearts were still there but when my baby girl is wet I change her period I don't care too much about the indicator.

Wipes are easy to discuss because its pretty simple. When Avey was a newborn I used a washcloth with Johnson's soap and warm water to clean her up. This was done in the hospital and should continue until your baby gets a little older. When I decided to use wipes luckily one of my best friends brought me a huge box of Pampers sensitive wipe. I love those wipes because they are so refreshing and I never had any issues with them. I also like using Huggies wipes with shea butter. They leave my my daughter's tush clean and moisturized and they smell good. I tried using another type from Huggies that I did not like I think it may have contained a little perfume.
